This entire team went above and beyond my expectations. From the tow to getting my jeep fixed quickly. They went above and beyond on putting the customer first and it shows. Most importantly not keeping my daughter and I stranded on a busy street in town on a busy Friday afternoon was outstanding. Thank you so much for your time efficiency and getting us back on the road from the shop in no time!! Everyone was so, kind and helpful. And a extra highlight is the price! Can’t beat it! At last, a place in Salem that does great work for a good price . I’ve taken my Volvo xc90 in a couple times. They were able diagnose and fix the issues to my satisfaction . I will be taking it back in for sub frame bushing replacement as soon as parts arrive. I highly recommend Russel’s garage

They were just amazing !!! They got us right in the morning I called , really didn't think we would hear back til at least the next day . Our car was done and ready to pick up that afternoon . All the guys were so nice !!

They are very friendly, very efficient I've been to the shop a few times they have worked on 2 of my vehicles and did a wonderful job. I have used Chad's towing several times. I just can't say enough good things about them all! I recommend them to everyone. They will always have our business.
